Šibenik is the gateway to the Kornati archipelago — 89 islands inside a national park, narrow channels, vertical limestone cliffs and quiet anchorages without marina traffic. Mandalina Marina and Marina Solaris host most of the local fleet, with Marina Frapa across the channel in Rogoznica picking up the rest.

A typical Šibenik charter heads north into Kornati for the first three days, then south through the Murter channel to Primošten and Trogir before looping back. June and September are ideal — the park is busiest in late July and August. Saturday-to-Saturday embarkation.

Šibenik leans bareboat sailing yacht with a strong catamaran presence; gulets cruising the Kornati route also leave from Mandalina. Motor yachts are less common here than in Split.
