Tango
This boat is a Custom Made Tango (build year 2005), available on gulet charter terms across the Adriatic season — Saturday-to-Saturday weeks from Marina Kaštela | Kaštel Gomilica, always with her own crew, provided by the charter operator, so no one in the group needs a licence. She measures 28 m on deck (91.9 ft overall) — her crew handles the boat, so all of that size goes into space for the guests.
Below decks: 6 cabins, 6 heads, sleeping up to 14 people. Berth linens, towels and the galley start-pack (oil, salt, washing-up basics, coffee for the first morning) are included in the charter rate by some operators and charged at the base by others — we confirm which applies before you book. The operator's base team runs the hand-over inventory at check-in so the boat is ready to sail by the time your provisioning order arrives at the marina.
On board you will also find kayak, water skis, wakeboard, stand-up paddle, flat screen TV, audio system, water toys, and DVD Player. From Marina Kaštela | Kaštel Gomilica, Tango opens onto Brač, Hvar, Vis and Korčula. Split-area marinas (ACI Split, Trogir, Kaštela, Marina Baotić) sit two hours from the open Adriatic via the Brač channel. www.croatia-yachting.com handles the charter contract, the deposit pathway, transit-log paperwork and after-hours support — every booking carries a 72-hour free-cancellation window from the moment it's placed.

Yacht charter Croatia
questions
The Croatian sailing season runs late April through mid-October. The sweet spots:
- May & early June — warm but uncrowded, marina availability still flexible, prices 20-30% below peak.
- Late June through August — peak. Hot, busy, full marinas, prices at their highest. Book by January.
- September & early October — many brokers' favourite. Sea is at its warmest, evenings cool but pleasant, prices drop again, less crowded.
April and late October can be done but expect cooler swimming and more weather-related route changes.
Over the weeks on offer in the next twelve months, this yacht costs between 14,279 € and 19,380 € per week. That is always the total for the whole week, never a per-day rate; the availability calendar above gives the price of each week. Extras such as the transit log or final cleaning are listed with their own prices under Extras, and www.croatia-yachting.com shows every one of them on the quote before you pay.
Yes — most Croatian operators allow one-way charters within Croatia for a repositioning fee that depends on the distance and the operator — we quote it with the yacht. Common one-way pairs:
- Split → Dubrovnik (or reverse) — a classic seven-day passage south through Hvar, Korčula, Mljet, Elaphiti.
- Trogir / Kaštela → Dubrovnik — similar, with the route customisable.
- Pula / Pomer → Split — for a north-to-south week across Kornati.
One-way isn't always available on every yacht — tell us your preferred direction on the inquiry and we filter the fleet to one-way-friendly boats first.
Every booking through www.croatia-yachting.com includes a 72-hour free cancellation window from the moment the booking is placed — change your mind in the first three days and everything you paid is refunded in full, no questions.
After those 72 hours, the cancellation policy shown on the listing and on your offer applies — set by the yacht's operator and stated in writing before you pay. We strongly recommend yacht charter cancellation insurance for high-season weeks.
You can get in touch with the captain as soon as you've completed your booking.
A gulet always sails with her own crew, provided by the yacht's charter operator, not by www.croatia-yachting.com.
A catamaran is the easier first charter: two hulls = greater stability, no significant heel, more interior + deck space per metre, twin engines for confident manoeuvring. Sleeps the same number of people in genuine privacy. Costs ~2× the sailing yacht equivalent.
A sailing yacht (mono-hull) is the "real sailing" experience: faster on the wind, more responsive helm, lower price per metre. Some heel under sail, less internal space, narrower berths. Best for groups with at least one experienced sailor or a clear preference for proper sailing.
Rule of thumb at www.croatia-yachting.com: catamaran for families with kids or comfort-first weeks; sailing yacht for couples or sailors who want the wind.
Three paths:
- Send an inquiry — six short questions on our inquiry form, a broker writes back within four working hours with three matched yachts and a costed offer.
- Browse the fleet directly — search by region, dates, yacht type on our yacht listings, then send an offer request from any yacht page.
- Call us — +385 91 3000 009 (Split office, Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00).
The boat is confirmed when the first instalment lands (30, 40 or 50% of the total — depends on operator), or full balance for bookings inside 60 days. We accept bank transfer and major cards.
Ready to lock in this week — we'll handle the rest.
A broker confirms the option, drafts the contract, and walks you through the deposit. 72-hour free cancellation kicks in from booking, transit log + cleaning called out separately.
