Pay 50% to book,
the balance at D-30.
No booking fee, EUR pricing, bank transfer or card. Every payment is invoiced, deposit-protected through Wiener Insurance Group, and covered by a 72-hour free-cancellation window.
Inquiry &
soft option.
Send the inquiry; a Croatia Yachting broker replies within four working hours with shortlisted yachts, fully costed. The yacht is held on a short option while you decide — no deposit yet, no other group books the same week underneath you.
Contract +
deposit.
Charter contract signed and counter-signed. Pay 50% of the charter fee to secure the booking — bank transfer (preferred) or credit card via a secure link. We send a confirmation and an invoice after every payment. No booking fee on either side.
Balance
due.
The remaining 50% is due at least 30 days before embarkation. For departures within 60 days the full amount is paid at booking. Optional extras (skipper, hostess, chef, transfers) are itemised before the balance falls due.
Security
deposit.
Paid at check-in by credit-card hold or cash. The amount depends on the yacht and is listed in your offer; it is refunded after check-out if there is no damage. Damage-waiver options are available on selected yachts to cap the exposure.
How your money is protected.
Three layers of protection on every booking. We do not earn from the client wallet — only from the operator commission.
Stripe + Revolut gateway
Card payments run through Stripe and Revolut secure links — never stored on our side, never seen by the broker. PCI-DSS compliant, 3-D Secure where the issuer requires it.
Deposit-protected
Every client payment is additionally insured through Wiener Insurance Group — Croatian-licensed broker coverage. If the fleet operator defaults between booking and embarkation, your deposit is recoverable via the insurance line.
72-hour cooling-off
72 hours after booking confirmation: free cancellation with a full refund, no questions asked. Outside that window the operator schedule applies, called out in writing on your contract.

Money questions answered.
- Why a 50% deposit and then a balance?
- Industry standard across Croatian charter operators. The deposit secures the yacht against the calendar; the balance falls due 30 days out once cancellation rights tighten. For departures within 60 days the full amount is paid at booking.
- What does the charter fee include — and what is extra?
- Included: use of the yacht with standard safety and navigation gear, dinghy with outboard and bed linen where listed. Not included: fuel, water, shore power, marinas, mooring buoys and port fees, national-park permits, tourist taxes, optional extras (skipper, hostess, chef, SUP, Wi-Fi), and APA (usually 20-30% of the fee) on fully crewed yachts.
- How does the security deposit work?
- Paid at check-in by credit-card hold or cash. The amount depends on the yacht and is listed in your offer. It is refunded after check-out if there is no damage. Damage-waiver options are available on selected yachts.
- Which documents do I need before embarkation?
- A signed charter contract, a crew list with IDs or passports, a skipper licence and VHF certificate if you charter bareboat, plus arrival details and any transfer requests. We send a clear checklist with your confirmation.
